Subscription and billing, BYOK AI provider responsibility, our voluntary 7-day refund, and liability limits.

2. Service description
BAIFPO is a Shopify application that analyzes product titles, descriptions and tags, identifies content issues, and generates grounded improved content drafts using AI providers chosen and configured by the merchant. The app is read-only and does not modify products automatically.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify store with the app installed. You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and of any API credentials you configure in the app.
4. BYOK — Bring Your Own Key
The app connects to AI providers using credentials you supply. You are solely responsible for providing valid credentials, complying with your provider's terms, any provider costs charged for usage of your key, the content you send to a provider, and the security of your provider account (including rotating and revoking keys if you suspect exposure).
AI usage is billed by your provider according to your provider account and plan. BAIFPO bundles no AI credits, does not pay for provider usage, and adds no AI markup. Estimated costs shown in the app are informational estimates, not invoices.

Plans are billed monthly through Shopify App Pricing. All paid plans include the same full feature set and differ only in catalog capacity and limits. There are no paid-plan trials. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel through Shopify at any time.
Voluntary 7-day refund: request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it, processed through Shopify. Refunds are manual; the app has no automated refund mechanism. No other refunds are offered except as required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, attempt to access another merchant's data, misuse the app to disrupt or exploit it, upload content you lack rights to process, or provide false information.
7. Third-party AI providers
AI providers are independent. We are not responsible for provider availability, quality, output or policy. Content you send to an AI provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
8. Shopify dependency
The app depends on Shopify APIs and infrastructure. Interruptions outside our control may affect availability.
9. No guarantee of results
The app provides automated analysis and suggestions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant business outcomes, conversions, sales, search rankings or savings.
10. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes, termination, governing law
We may change features, plans, prices or these terms; material changes will be announced. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time; we may suspend access for breach or abuse. These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
